My weekends always go way too fast, Sunday night comes and I end up wishing it was Friday night again :o) Today I am linking up with Stacey at Blogs Tea and Me for her first link up “the day after sunday” who says
“The weekend, to me, is the most blissful of times.
Where all who matter most are gathered under one roof.
Where, if it's the way of your heart, you worship the one true God.
And where, most lovely of all, memories are made & love is shared!”
I completely agree. So here is my weekend journey…
This weekend I did some scrummy baking
Friday I made my first every loaf of bread
It wasn’t exactly pretty but…
It was amazing, fresh out of the oven slathered with butter and my Mother-In-Law’s homemade plum jam.
Saturday was spent being spoilt with a sleep-in, followed by spending time with the boys and…..
some more baking. This time I made some mini muffin donuts. I got the recipe from here,
and my little family relished them!!!
Sunday was another quiet one, church followed by some more family time with our little men.
This weekend was amazing for us, a nice quiet one at home. We needed it as the next few weeks will be a little busy with parties to go to and a birthday party to plan.
